Contract Review Payments and Refunds
A contract review is a single US$19 purchase per document — no subscription, no account, whatever the page count. Payment is processed by Stripe's hosted checkout; card details never touch our systems and Stripe emails you a receipt.
What the $19 covers
One full review of one contract document: every finding unlocked, highlighted on the page, with concerns, recommendations, and the overall assessment. A revised version of the contract is a new document and a new review.
How long results are kept
An unpurchased review (the locked summary) is kept for up to 7 days. Once unlocked, the full review is retrievable for 12 months from the last access; opening it refreshes that period. You can also export the marked-up PDF to keep.
Refunds
If a purchased review cannot be delivered — including if the stored results expired before you could retrieve them — contact support with your Stripe receipt and we refund the purchase in full. Otherwise the refund terms in the ContractorCounter Review Terms apply, alongside any rights you have under applicable consumer law. See review.contractorcounter.com/legal for the full terms.
Free usage limits
The sample contract demo is always free. Reviews of your own contracts run before payment, so a fair-use limit applies: up to 6 review runs per day per network connection. If you hit the limit, try again the next day or unlock a completed review.
